Upload a transcript or type the deal points yourself. The AI extracts only commitments — scope, price, deadline, and crucially, what was excluded. No summaries. No action items.

Both sides confirm.

Your client gets a link — no account, no signup. They confirm or dispute each line. Anything you edited by hand is flagged to them. When every line is confirmed, the record locks.

Disputes get a referee.

Either party can raise a question. The verdict cites the exact confirmed lines it rests on, and both parties see it. What was discussed but never confirmed counts as not agreed — for both of you.

what this is — and isn't

This is not a contract, and we won't pretend it is. OnRecord sells clarity: a timestamped record of what both of you actually agreed, confirmed line by line by both of you.

Locked records are tamper-evident. Every confirmation, edit, and amendment is written to a hash-chained log, and the locked agreement carries a SHA-256 fingerprint printed on the page and in the PDF. Nothing can be quietly rewritten afterwards — not by your client, and not by you.

The referee is neutral by construction: it only sees the confirmed record — never the raw transcript, never who is paying. If you never got the price confirmed, it will tell you the price was never agreed.

Our referee will rule against you too — that's the point.
